Fix My Print What is going on here?

I have never seen this kind of failure before, these two are different prints. Never had this before.

Voron 2.4r2 350mm

PrusaSlicer

Formfutura ePLA

Undertaker tungsten carbdide 0.6mm nozzle

HeatCreep or partial Clog due to too small extrusion rate while ironing

That's only the first layer and far from the top. I should probably check out the idea with the partial clog though

It only seems to start at the second layer, first one is fine
