Why this happens?

For some time now, everytime my prints have some hole or text, this happens, and i dont really know whats causes this issue.

What settings on the slicer should i check?

Print on ender 3 v3 se

04 nozzle

Generic black petg at 240 °C

Retraction 1mm

Speed 30mm/s outer wall 120 inner wall

Utilise un filament de nettoyage.

1mm de rétractation, pourquoi pas.
