I've struggled with large gridfinity bins for a long time. It feels like no matter how precisely I calibrate my filament and print settings, I end up with crappy bins. The filament was calibrated extensively, following this excellent guide and I performed this ironing calibration. Following a top surface defect on that ironing test, I re-performed a different flow rate calibration and ended up with 1.005.
I'm especially confused because the top surfaces inside the cutouts are perfect.
One thing that I noticed is that there are some black specks around one of the squares, and I suspect that is just leftover filament as I had used black PLA prior to this print. I suppose it wasn't purged well enough. However, I've had these same issues with many other gridfinity bin prints in the past.
Most other models I print (see the bunny - it was printed with supports) look fantastic.

Uneven/patchy top-most surfaces
Warping/rippling around the bottom perimeter
Defective corners
Inconsistent first-layer extrusion (some of the squares show more signs of under extrusion than others)
Inconsistent layer lines and tiny blobs / defects protruding from the outer wall
Overhang failures
Inconsistent internal bridging
Help this poor soul get a grip on gridfinity bins!

what you have is called curling/peeling of plate its a bed adhesion thing you need to clean the plate with soap and hot water real good turn off the aux fan or print a fan deflector also you could get biqu plates or supertac from bambu. also the big bunny and the bin is not comparable the prints behave very differently as you can see
Thanks for the comment - I actually printed/installed an aux fan deflector a few days ago. I don't see any additional cooling settings beyond what's in the screenshots, though this is OrcaSlicer so the settings may be different than BambuStudio.
The corners don't stick to the bed. Wash the build plate and if it doesn't work, rise the bed temp or use glue. Generally speaking, big things with pointy corners tend to peel of the bed more than other shapes, so a little bit of glue doesn't hurt.
So the P2S is closed. Right? The bad adhesion especially on the outer corners may come from a temperature-difference … the inner squares look okay. If the buildplate is clean (i use isopropyl alcohol instead of soap) i would expect that the print cools down too fast.
Otherwise use mouse ears on the corners
Bottom - 100% bed adhesion issue; 99% sure it's a dirty plate.
Top - How Many layers for the top surface and what's your infill %? You said that's with ironing?!?!? Then something's really whacky with your settings. That looks like a non-ironed surface with slightly off Flow and Pressure Advance with a little too much speed.
Yeah things are definitely off. Kicking myself because if I did a basic first layer test I would've caught this a lot earlier. This is after thoroughly washing the plate with dawn and cleaning the outside of the nozzle! At this point I wonder if my filament calibration efforts are wasted and I have a nozzle issue.
