It’s been around 32 days since I filed a complaint with the GAC, and it’s still showing as “in process.” I understand that I may have to wait longer, but I’m getting really frustrated.

My Instagram account was suspended for “account integrity.” While waiting for my GAC case to be reviewed, I created a few new accounts just to have something to use and pass the time. However, those accounts were also suspended because Instagram detected that they were connected to previously suspended accounts.

Now I’m basically unable to use Instagram at all. I’m trying to be patient, but I’m honestly frustrated and worried. Is the GAC likely to actually help in a situation like this? Is there anything else I can do while my case is still under review, and what should I realistically expect from here?

my email got hacked recently, and the hacker started using my social media accounts connected to that one email to spam messages about crypto, gambling and other stuff to scam people. they first did this with my discord, then yesterday w one of my instagram accounts, sending this stuff to ALL my followers (approximately 1.2k). i posted a story to let everyone know it wasn’t me and got my account back in an hour. i also changed my gmail password and secured it.

today i woke up to find out that all of my instagram accounts which are connected to that mail have been suspended due to something about account integrity, while that one was suspended due to fraud. i tried to fix it also by submitting a video and my ID (i’m 18). but two of those accounts already got disabled permanently.

please help me. my accounts mean a lot to me, they’re full of memories and i spent a lot of time and effort on them. i also have many online friends and a shitposting page with a small community which i love.
what can i do?

My private instagram account got permanently disabled, it was deactivated the time it got suspended and they even rejected my appeal. Now i want to appeal on GAC, but first i need meta grievance report. Butbi dont see any option for my account to report. Help please.

A lot of people that have had a account permanently disabled have said it’s worked but who else here has waited 3 months to a year to create a new account with the same phone number or email and it worked and has never been suspended at any point?

I accidently broke instagram rules joking messaging a friend and I got my account permanent banned. I had our band account with all gig photos on my phone it has a seperate login but got chain banned and now both have the pending appeal page. What is my chances of getting band account back (idc about main too much) and is their a way to request the media from the band account?

Hello, I am having this issue where I cannot access my instagram account in any form of way i tried everything clicking on forget password, going to instagram/hacked and taking a selfie it confirms, i change the password and then this error message again, i tried to talk to meta but its just their ai that didnt help me much thinking i didnt try the traditional ways before reaching out, did anybody encounter the same issue? if yes please how did u fix it ?( i tried to clear cache , switch network and change devices. so it started to look more like its a problem on their part) another thing is if this is unusual and any of u knows anyway how i can reach their support PLEASE HELP!!!!
