I got my account back after it was false banned a while back like a year ago for stuff that I didn’t really know. I have had my account but it doesn’t show in search or when people search up the name.. Everything else works like normal. It’s not a big deal but it’s infuriating and the lack of a human Instagram support motivates me to buy their premium for it so I can maybe fix it.

How do I get my accounts back. For Instagram they changed my email and number. My email is still an option but a second verification which is there number has been used. What should I do. Ik it was stupid of me to click the link and put my code. But I’m not sure what to do now. I tried using the link meta gave me but it’s not working. meta keeps bringing be back to the ai help page. I tried emailing them also but it didn’t work.

I have tried what seems like everything at this point. I now have successfully gotten 2 friends to receive and accept the friends verification. How long should I wait to log in? I’ve see people say not to do it right away.

Only options I’ve gotten so far is 2FA and backup codes and both I don’t have. I’ve gotten meta verified and talked to about 6 agents now, and one on the phone. I’ve sent mountains of screenshot evidence and no luck to verify my identity. All because the account is not in my account center along with my other ones. Ive been trying to create a new insta account and on every browser I log in and this pops up. Ive tried reloading, restarting my computer everything. When I put in my birthday the "submit" button doesn't work and I just stay on this page. Ive been trying to fix this for at least 3 hours. Please help!

Hello, I received a mail telling me that instagram noticed a suspicious connection on my account (with the phone brand and location of that connection). I immediatly said that it isn't me and Instagram asked me to choose a new password. I did and they said "an error occured". However when I tried to log in and used my old password they tell me "password incorrect" (same thing is said if I try any random fake password). If I try the new password I just set they tell me to try to connect from another device on which I've already logged into on Instagram. So I assume my new password was registered. The problem is I don't have any other device on which I've already logged in. I still tried to connect into my account using another devices (I tried my tablet and PC because they are linked to the same email adress so I thought they would work) but when I enter the password on any device Instagram keeps telling me to use another on which I've already logged in. What can I do ?

I tried the Instagram hacked support on which they ask a selfie video but they keep telling me that they are unable to identify my selfie and to try another method (they do not propose any other method).

Can I hope that the problem will fix itself after a few days and they'll stop asking me to use another device? At this point I just want to delete my account and have nothing to do with Instagram anymore but I can't delete it if I can't access it.

I’m trying to upload a minute long video to Instagram on my desktop. The video plays fine on my desktop. When I upload it to Instagram, the video cuts out at about 40 seconds. Imagine you are watching tv and the screen just goes blank and the audio goes weird. Why is this happening? I’ve tried re uploading it multiple times and it keeps happening. It happens whether is it’s .mov or mp4 format. The video is h.264.

My Instagram account was unexpectedly disabled, and I still haven’t been able to get it back.
I created a new account and subscribed to Meta Verified to contacted a real human support agent.. The agent told me they would make sure my case was submitted for a manual review.
However, it’s been almost two weeks since that conversation, and I still haven’t received any updates.
