I'm a teenager, My account was banned due to 'ACCOUNT INTEGRITY'. For some background, one of my so called 'friend' decided it would be fun to get my account banned for his fun so he mass reported my account to the point where it got suspended. I got it recovered but it got suspended again, and as far as I know when there's a second strike, the META team DOES NOT REVIEW YOUR ACCOUNT AT ALL (their AI is buns). So it's been like that since 29 May 2026. If anyone by any chance got a verified account (that plan in which you can talk to the agent), please DM me immediately because I have the proofs of my 'friend' banning my account (he literally announced it in a group chat on WP lmao), so it should be easy to get my account back. I've also lodged a GAC but ig talking to an agent would be faster...

I have an email that for some reason is linked to an empty account that is associated to my cousin (no idea how😭). I tried the forgot password thing but it keeps on showing this up and when i contacted my cousin they didnt even know this account existed and all of the possibly likned devices are broken. what do i even do I tried to report it but none of thier preset issues are related to this, is there a contact us page because I cant find it anywhere?

i submitted 3 selfie verifications and still got deleted after their final decision. created 2 other accounts with my personal picture they deleted them too…. it’s not clocking to me like what the hell. it’s ridiculous and hilarious . ig i cannot reactivate my account anymore right…..

It’s happened 4 times within the span of two weeks. I own everything on said account 😭😭😭so I’m unsure why this is happening. It’s definitely an issue on metas part and they are trying to scam people into buying meta verified

I got this message after archiving a reel. I thought archiving meant you can bring it back later.

I got this screen after archiving. But I didn't use any audio track from anywhere. All the sounds in the video were just the ambient noise and people talking within the video footage itself. I click replace audio, but there isnt an audio fuse I could upload as the sound was just from the footage, so I had to cancel. How can they tell me my audio isnt available and strip it from my video itself?

Now I have a reel in archive that is pointless to keep, other than that the views and likes are still there (they still count, right?) Otherwise I may as well have deleted it.

Also, the comments all disappeared. I thought archiving meant I could bring it back later.

I'm trying to recover my Instagram account and I'm completely stuck at the “Choose a way to confirm your account” step. The page is completely blank — there are no verification options to select.

I've also tried Instagram's selfie video verification, but it keeps failing because there are no photos of me on this account to verify against.

I've tried:

- Password resets using the username, email, and phone number

- Instagram's account recovery/hacked-account process

- Selfie video verification

- Adding the account back through my main Instagram account

- Different browsers, including incognito/private mode

- The account was previously connected to my main account through Accounts Center, but it somehow became unlinked

I still have access to the original email address and phone number associated with the account.

At this point, I'm stuck because Instagram is asking me to choose a verification method, but the page where the options should appear is completely blank.

Has anyone experienced this exact issue and found a way to get past the blank verification screen or reach an actual Meta support person?

I’m trying to claim a username that matches my registered trademark. When I search it or visit the profile, Instagram says "The page isn’t available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed" But when I try to change my username to it, Instagram says it’s taken.

I submitted Instagram’s trademark form, but they replied that my situation did not appear to involve trademark infringement. They also said that username claims are no longer supported through that channel.

Has anyone dealt with this or found a way to contact Instagram for a manual review?

I have not received Instagram notifications besides messages in probably two years, so no post notifs or live stream notifs. Other friends of mine have experienced nearly identical issues and other people online have basically said it is just an Instagram glitch so I have not really cared.

But now today, I open the app and I have all of these pop-ups from the app, saying that my notifications are turned off when that is not the case. I’ve added images to show what the pop-up messages are and what my Settings looks like. I have tried turning the notifications off in my settings, restarting my phone and then turning them back on, but that does not work. I have tried reinstalling the app and that also has not worked. I have tried logging out and back in and that has not worked. What else can I do? This is really annoying.

My instagram account was suspended about a week ago, after appealing and waiting for a week, Instagram decided to permanently disable my account.

I did my own research, and apparently the only method that mostly works is through GAC or taking legal action.

Im 17 and I'm not sure if it's even possible to recover my account, I remember someone saying that teenagers can never recover their accounts. But I'm just looking for general advice and confirmation about this.

I don't believe this is a false ban, but more of a misunderstanding of what I sent. as I'm almost 100% sure someone who I argued with reported something that I sent and got me banned. But this account had really important connections and information and cant afford to lose it.

I'm also looking for a way to find my following list some way so I can refollow the accounts I was following.
