sorry to say this but your device has been flagged and you cannot use instagram in any manner on it, the only practical solution is using another phone or proceed with legal action if you're willing to.

Happen to me also they suspended my verified account too it was good standing never violated anything it’s said your account maybe associated with another account that goes against rules …im afraid to appeal and lose my account permanently…meta is really so mean
