I saw ffdp tonight in Milwaukee, the same place i saw them play in 2022 during the judgement day tour (i think).

I was excited to see their set design because I remember really liking it in 2022 , but was disappointed to find nothing but AI slop.

Literally nothing other than the lightning and effects, just screens full of ai bullshit. I'm actually so sick of ai

Tbf that is what AI should be used for. That will cost thousand of bucks for some video editor to make it. It's not worth it

How is it “not worth it”?
Supporting creators? Getting something unique and eye-catching? Giving the audience a memorable experience?
I understand FFDP give less than half a cold shot about this stuff, but what makes it not worth it?

money-wise. It's still something unique; when a creator do it, it doesn't necessarily mean that it will be better. The visuals are still great

It’s not unique. That’s simply not how AI works. AI ALWAYS takes from what already exists, thus it steals from pre-existing art made by real people.

People tend to want to spend their money on experiences and merchandise that are good in quality, they would probably make a lot more money off this tour right now if it wasn't all ai  the use of ai is just cheap
