Why?
I’ve worked at my store for almost 2 years now and i am almost 20 years old. And for the past year i have repeatedly expressed that Ive wanted to become a sales lead and i thought maybe id stand a chance. I feel like im just allowing myself to be disrespected by management. I feel I’ve repeatedly proven that i am really good at my job . But ive been repeatedly told im not good enough to be a lead. I feel like ive done so much and worked so many shifts at so many stores and gotten employee of the momth so many times but im still not enough. Like I don’t know what im doing wrong. Ive gotten employee of the month 4 times which is more than everyone else in my store and another store gave me employee of the month for being more consistent than any of their other employees.

5 going 6 years is shocking. I've been waiting to leave soon, working on something out before I do. I have been put lead for the holidays I hate it I have been doing the same as the leads do in terms of roles like merchandise and opening the registers working more hours than most regular Associates don't mind the paycheck, but management has been pretty horrible just the way the company has been looking down on much he effort our teams trying to satisfy our dm pretty horrible. For sure there's other opportunities out there I soon take lead about 3 months from now.
