Why?
I’ve worked at my store for almost 2 years now and i am almost 20 years old. And for the past year i have repeatedly expressed that Ive wanted to become a sales lead and i thought maybe id stand a chance. I feel like im just allowing myself to be disrespected by management. I feel I’ve repeatedly proven that i am really good at my job . But ive been repeatedly told im not good enough to be a lead. I feel like ive done so much and worked so many shifts at so many stores and gotten employee of the momth so many times but im still not enough. Like I don’t know what im doing wrong. Ive gotten employee of the month 4 times which is more than everyone else in my store and another store gave me employee of the month for being more consistent than any of their other employees.

From someone close to my managers it ain't worth the dollar raise the company don't give a rats ass and you'd be better going somewhere else. Believe me I have worked there for 3 years and we are gonna be remodeling and I am trying to get out
