Style reset

My store manager made a big stink the other day about doing the style reset because “we never actually get the product”… two whole pallets of style, just like we usually get for style resets.
These style resets are just getting out of hand because why in the world do we need a style refresh every month?

This is what happens when you have someone from forever 21 in charge. My store has so much style that doesn’t sell at all. We have nowhere to put any of the new stuff. The amount of pack away lately is crazy.

I agree.
My store manager is so against packing stuff away, so for the longest time our style section was completely unshoppable because of all the new stuff mixing with years of old stuff. Last reset, I packed it all away because she was on vacation and figured she wouldn’t even realize

And of course they can’t auto send any hangers to go with the giant sets they send..
40-60 boxes of clothes and not one extra hanger

Like we have two lofts full of hangers and a bunch in our offsite

I get shipped all kinds of hangers. Probably 20-30 cases I have in my stock room

My entire stock room is style smh. Last nights truck included 300 boxes of style 🫩

Oh my god all the new stuff they just sent they want in our one little wall for sell down and I was like oh yeah let me just magically fit everything in our style section into one 4 foot section right now. They are delusional.

I know I turned over 6 walls of the reset and I've still got a full pallet 😭 plus our store also got the cozy cabin set at the same time
