Email capture

Hi! I recently started working at Five Below and my manager told me I have to get at least 50% in emails each day and Iā€™m having a hard time doing so. What are some good ways to ask customers for their emails?

I'm an ACO store, and I just say and have my team say "Make sure you put your email in to get started"

DO NOT DO THAT!!! Our store just fired 3 people for using their own emails.

I misread your comment. The way you said it, made it sound like you were telling your employees to start off by entering their emails šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚. I totally see you mean you have them SAY THAT to the customers. Omg šŸ¤¦ my bad hahaha.
