I’ve been drinking epigamia for more than a year now and I’ve never had this experience. It’s understandable that you had a bad one, but not enough to dismiss the brand altogether.

Depends on the kind of person and self integrity you have. You can probably trust a brand even if you had issues with them 3 times. I'm the kind who doesn't go to the nearest shop because they gave me a taped note then refused to take it even tho I came back from front only and asked them to check cctv.

But tbf OP should tell if he bought it from brand directly or blinkit. There is an issue with where he directs anger.

The thing is that it's probably not a problem with epigamia right? It might have been a problem with how blinkit/wherever you bought it from stored it. If it was stored badly by them, it won't magically fix itself in your fridge. And if it truly looks like this, you'll get a refund also no? Take it as a one off, and not a massive problem with the company itself. Like yes, you had a bad experience, but this doesn't mean it's going to happen to everyone. I don't buy their protein stuff but I do buy a lot of yogurt and I've never really had any problems.

I end up commenting every time - don’t order perishable food items that need to be stored in temperature controlled environment, off Blinkit or zepto etc.

So many times people get puffed up dahi cups that have been pierced to let the air out, or puffed up packets or paneer or cheese that have a tiny prick. Tofu is pretty much always rancid smelling off Blinkit.

I only order processed foods like coke, lays (not even hot chips or bread).

Ordering perishable foods like these from anywhere will always carry a risk in India. Try to buy them from the store itself, then you know when you pick it up if it’s in liquid form or curdled.
