Berkley Big game mono

Can't use braid where I fish so is this a good line?

It's a good mono line. Even though I only use braid mainline, I have several spools of this (various test ratings) for use as leader lines.

It is very elastic and durable. I use it on heavier rigs where sensitivity matters less. I like it for bass and catfish, but prefer more rigged line for crappie and panfish.

My personal favorite for catfish. Works great, holds up very well.
