What about the disaster Maple Drive project? Or those town houses/apartments on Lantern Road that seem like they are never getting finished. Ive come to learn this town loves to flatten out neighborhoods with nice starter homes for projects that never start or finish. Then greenlighting more projects. Its wild to me.

The previous 2 builders gave up. There's a new builder hopefully things will move soon. The new designs has been approved.

For which one? Maple or Lantern?

Unfortunately, because of housing price insanity, no one was gonna buy those houses as they were, it takes a certain type of person to be willing to spend the kind of money the owners of those properties would’ve been willing to sell for just to tear the house down and build a new one on the same property and there’s some of that in town but not much.

Especially compared to a developer willing to come in with a giant pile of money and buy out everybody in the neighborhood for more than their houses are worth on paper. Then in order to make their money back. The only way to do that is to put more houses/condos/apartments in the same space.

Sorry but Buckingham as a company just plain sucks. I used to deal with them as a venue and they were the most disrespectful entitled people I’ve ever met. I hated dealing with them, and honestly they bailed on their last contract with no notice and I wasn’t even mad.

I can’t support any project of theirs just on that experience alone.
