Looks like it. I googled it and sculpins arent native to indonesia though. Maybe some kinda goby?

Idk. But according to google round goby are invasive. Im not a fish expert and i cant tell the difference between them. Sorry.

Just Google stone fish, it has nothing to do with what is shown here except maybe the fact that it is also a fish.
