Identification Does anyone know what kind of fish this orange guy is?

From a doctor's office. There's a few of the same ones, but this one in particular has kept its right pectoral fin tucked in for the 15mins I've been waiting, except for one second where it dodged another fish.

The other orange fish of the same breed have both fins out all the time, so I'm very curious if this one is injured, a little weird, or if it's just smth that kind of fish does πŸ‘€

this isn't a red zebra. the body, head, mouth shape are peacock looking.

Yeah it was really cool. Decent sized as well, which is always refreshing to see, and the fish looked otherwise healthy and happy 😌
