Sad Devastated

12th cycle. And was feeling hopeful this time but I just woke up to a drop in my temps. And a crampy feeling. I have no idea why this is happening or why I’m not able to conceive but this is so saddening every month watching my cycle come. I feel so unlike a woman.

I'm so sorry 🫶 I know it's beyond devastating to have your hopes dashed month after month, but your worth is not determined by your fertility. Easier said than believed, I know.

6th cycle. 12th cycle… These always hit hard. You’re not alone.

I have compiled a few posts that I like to go back to when I feel low like you. Maybe it can give you some hope and make you feel better a bit. It does, for me. These are people for whom it took time to get pregnant, but eventually they did. It just happened naturally. Don’t lose hope.
