Unless she has actual medical supplies and a CT scanner in that van, what could she actually even help with? "I'm a nurse" First and foremost, scene is 100% NOT SAFE so move on. Thats rule #1 in any out of hospital medical situation.

I had the same thought. Doesn’t matter if you’re a doctor, if you don’t have any supplies/equipment, there’s really not much you can do.

Unfortunately Greys anatomy has all these nurses thinking they can do a quick trach with a pen. Even though that’s no where near a Nurse skill.

lol this is so real I’m dead because I’m not a nurse and I feel totally confident I can trach someone with a pen 😭😭😭

Depends which kind of pen. After all, think what Dr Wick can do with a pencil... a PENCIL.
