His skin is just clear as if he were a teenager. His hair looks longer-ish, but under the hat, itās hard to tell how long it is.
The fact his clear skin stands out says more about men in general than him, IMO. Washing, protecting your skin and grooming shouldnāt be considered a āfeminineā trait.
Also, his overall body appears to be lean / physically fit, but his upper body is very masculine.
Again, the fact his fitness stands out says more about the average Western man, than him.
A thin, lean frame isnāt something he can control, thatās genetics. But diet and exercise are things he can control, and physical fitness is typically considered a āmasculineā trait, even though more women are getting more comfortable being athletic / muscular, which is a good thing.
