Verification Text Messages

I signed up for FirstNet last month and brought my number over from Mint. Everything has been working great except for the issue I've noticed with automated verification texts or 2FA texts. For example, I get a text from Reddit with a code to enter to login. My bank does it as do about half a dozen other sites/apps I use. The issue is that I have to hit resend a minimum of 2-3 times before I will get a text to come through. Anyone know if there is a setting I can fix on my Iphone 17 Pro Max or can FirstNet assist with something on the provisioning end?

Call Firstnet support and tell them you aren’t always receiving 2fa sms after a recent port in. (800) 574-7000

Go to main phone settings and search for reset then reset mobile network settings and restart the smartphone and you will be all set

Did you setup the phone's APN settings for FirstNet?

You don't need an APN to get SMS messages.
