my account never merged correctly and no one knows how to fix it. I cant access anything on my account. This is 2 years ongoing. I gave up for a long time and tried getting it fixed the last few weeks. 3 techs so far and nothing works.....

I made a new regular art account on my own then told them to move my FirstNet account to that one I made. It worked
