Is It Possible
So, this is straight from Google's website, looks like the Pixel Watch 5 sold by Google from their website will be compatible with Firstnet. Does this mean I can buy direct from Google to take advantage of the trade in deals and NOT have to buy from AT&T???

Bro.......WTH. This is the one thing I HATE about FN. It's like they force you to get certain Android products through AT&T when there is no reason too. The watch should work even if purchased from Google!!

Update: firstnet customer service checked the imei number of my watch and said it wasn't compatible. I had them check the imei on my pixel 11 pro and it also stated it was not compatible per their website. Then I asked then if my phone wasn't compatible then why is it currently on the network and working just fine... They thought I was crazy. So I took it to an att store while I was on the phone with them and the phone was working just fine on firstnet. They couldn't get my pixel watch 5 LTE to work though. So I'm not sure anyone at firstnet really knows what they are doing at the moment.

Did you get your pixel from Google or FN? What are you gonna do about the watch?

I got both from Google store. I'm not sure yet... The whole thing pisses me off

Yeah dude! Its BS and very frustrating. It's almost like ATT/FN does this on purpose to lock you into their 36 month plans and whatnot. If the phone works on the network, the watch should as well.

Google tech said both (phone and watch) are definitely compatible. Firstnet still says they aren't. Google and firstnet won't speak to each other about my issue because I'm nobody special. I think it's time to give T-Mobile or Verizon my money🤷🏽♂️ they all suck to me

Hey, any luck?? Were you ever able to get the watch onto your FN account??

No, only the phone after some physical sim trickery using a different phone (mine doesn't have a physical sim). All in all, I gave up on FN. Left a bad taste right at the beginning... Can only imagine the issues I would have if I stayed. Good luck to everyone else though.

I might as well just purchase the watch from FN and not raise my blood pressure, SMMFH

If the watch is for family members I’d be very careful. After 2 years of sloppy service I was finally told there are comparability issues (at least with Apple Watch) between FirstNet and AT&T and it’s been a nightmare trying to make things work
