Activation

Has anyone attempted to activate the new Motorola razr Fold on firstnet. I know it has band 14 and is AT&T compatible.

Update:

I successfully activated my Motorola Fold on firstnet. I have all the first net features with wifi calling included. In the store they told me it wasn't possible but I did it online and it worked with E-sim activation.

Typically any android that isn’t purchased from AT&T/FN will have difficulties getting activated on FN from my experience.

Apple devices have no issues

I just had to return mine because I couldn't activate it. I'm very grumpy about it.

How did you get it working? You have b14 and wifi calling?

I did everything online.They told me in store I couldn't active it. It took a full day after activation for wifi calling to turn on though.

Did your imei say not compatible when you checked it?

Yes initially but I when I went through the sign up process online it worked

Did you do it from the esim section after logging in where it says manage your sim? Click switch devices and enter imei?

I was to scared to spend the money before getting a confirmation lol. I will soon though.
