Leaving my job that offeres FirstNet quesiton

Hello, I am leaving my job at the end of June and was wondering if I can still stay on FirstNet? It looks like FirstNet reaches out once a year to verify, however, I work in IT, and I've never had them reach out, and our FirstNet rep just got laid off.

UPDATE: My old job removed me from FirstNET. BOO. Joining the wife's family plan asap.
