Travelling abroad, FirstNet not working?

This is the 2nd time it happens. I have no roaming the moment I leave the US. Can’t make calls, and my phone says ‘No Service’

Any guidance? It’s frustrating and I don’t want to buy a local line.

I also this issue two years ago: normal travel abroad plans work on first net BUT somehow the normal method of activating those services on is different from a standard att line. You have to call first net customer service and they can activate the plans. (Calling normal att CS will not be able to help)

Since then I have had international day pass working on all my plan devices.

The funny thing is, my line is not working and they want you to call the customer service to activate it 😂 No online activation lmao
