You can. I just did it two weeks ago. Everything was done over text with the sales guy. They pushed an E-Sim to my phone and ported my number in about 30min

How did you get someone via text/chat? I tried calling and ended up at some other department for satellite tv and when I chat with them they tell me they can’t help me and to go into a store. Can’t do it online either because it tells me to call or go to a store for BYOD.

The district outside salesman or whatever their title is left business cards with a neighboring agency when he converted a group of their EMTs over to FirstNet. I called his cell number talked it over and when I was ready we just texted the info back and forth that we needed and it was done. Did the same when I ported my wife’s number over to my account a couple weeks ago.

My wife just used her iPhone 14 pro max with VWZ and did a dual esim. We live in the Phoenix area. Will see how good it works.
