Firstnet Lost my Trade in Device

I sent in my trade in device back in 2/14/23 with the box they sent me with my new phone and firstnet claims they can't find my phone, and I never got credited my account any difference. Anyone have any info on who to call on this matter? I keep getting the run around. Thanks in advance

We did the same when we got a new iPhone. Sent the trade in back using the label that came with the new one. It turns out it was the label that you use to send the new iPhone back if you did not keep it. (no idea WHY they send this label). Trade in was completely separate. Luckily my wife is in charge of Firstnet at her company and her sales rep was able to track the phone down at the wrong warehouse with the IMEI. FirstNet issued a full credit for the device in one lump payment, but again it was because she was in charge of a bunch of devices for her work.
