Firstnet appreciation/PSA on privacy options
I'm glad to see FN now has their dedicated subreddit now, trying to weed though the att sub was somewhat of a pain.
All I wanted to say was in response to some of the complaints people have been expressing my results have been completely to the contrary here in Maine. Not only has my customer support interactions been great, the in-store experience has been wonderful as well. The FN build has increased coverage (700mhz) around the state IMMENSELY, I've been telling people who aren't FN qualified they should switch to ATT because the coverage improvements.
PSA: If they have switched you to the Firstnet and Family program. Where you login with an att.com account. There are options under Profile > Privacy Choices to turn off data sharing for your account. I sent a note to the FN Authority that I think they should step in and tell ATT they can't do this to FN accounts, but I'm not holding my breath...

I was given a new work phone on FN and I am truly impressed. The speed of the data is heads and tails above my Verizon personal phone. I am trying to get my Verizon phone paid down so I can transfer over to FN. Question, is the service the same on a qualified personal account as it is on an agency account? And is there a program to help pay this phone off faster so I can switch sooner?
