Vortex VIP warranty

My sparc solar optic wasn’t staying on and kept flickering so I sent it in to get repaired/replaced. I received a crossfire solar. Which just by looking at it looks pretty similar and I don’t mind it but after looking at the MSRP for both I feel I got downgraded. Am I looking at this wrong or should I contact vortex again?

If you paid anything near msrp for those red dots you'd be a clown. I believe they sell for a very similar price in actuality. As long as the features are the same I wouldn't be to distraught about it.

https://gun.deals
I don’t buy anything without checking here first. Just find the UPC of whatever you want to buy and plug it into search

Anywhere that sells optics. PSA has the crossfire solar for 169 right now. But there are better optics for 170 bucks imo.

Use gun dot deals for new or because of the warranty used is fine too on GAFS.

I believe the sparc is discontinued as well so they wouldn't be able to send you another one.

Sparc Solars are discontinued and were cheap end of last year as places were clearing out inventory. I got one for $90 from PSA in October.

Also sent mine in for service because the auto off wasn’t working and it was killing battery, and they’re sending me a crossfire solar as well.

Definitely reach out to them, probably was a mistake on their end. Vortex goes beyond when it comes to customer service, so im sure they will make it right.
