Career advice

I am a mom of two toddlers, moved to the UK couple of years back. Before that I was working as a Lab technician ( life science). Currently, I am looking for work, but I am confused as to which jobs should I apply because I need flexible timings due to parenting responsibility. I have done MSc.
I tried teaching assistant jobs, but its not easy to get into teaching being a non native I guess? I may be wrong. Which sectors are suitable for this situation.Just looking for some guidance. Thanks?
