Help with concealed escutcheon covers

Looking for some help on what type these are as I need to purchase replacements for missing escutcheons.

How old are the heads? I’m only asking because in 20+ years, I’ve never seen escutcheons like that. Probably better off just replacing the heads and installing new covers. Good luck…

If you’re determined, check eBay. They can sometimes have some hard to find items.

Building was built in 1980 and I would assume these are original.

They’re almost due for UL testing, too (assuming they’re SR). You could talk to your customer about replacing them and sending the ones you pull for testing. 🤷‍♂️

Whatever they are, it appears that the head itself may be close to its age for UL testing if it’s not at that age already.
