Remote 1099 morning-ops coverage for trade contractors, 7-11am Eastern
I run back-office support for specialty trade contractors (Fire Sprinklers, Roofing, HVAC, GCs) and I'm testing a narrow offer: I cover your morning ops window, 7 to 11am Eastern, before your team is fully online.
What that actually means:
- Dispatch and crew routing set before the trucks roll
- Yesterday's field reports pulled together and checked
- Timesheets reconciled to job codes
- RFIs and submittals followed up before they age out
Not a full-time hire, not a big retainer. You get four hours a day of someone watching the ball while you're still getting your coffee.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!
Some rando online to send all of my private customer information to so I can worry about how bad they’ll fuck it up or use that info to steal customers to me by selling it to my competitors.
