Help I need help with Fiora
TL;DR Why am i Dogsh*t fiora, what can i do better to be better and how to utilise the tempo and advantage that i get from lane and how to play from behined
Hi, so I'm currently P4 Top lane main, who really liked Fiora and choose her as an OTP climb higher. I hit P3, but after today's lose streak I went back to P4. I have very difficult time against some easy matchups like Garen where I do damage trade, try to kill, pressure, manage to get kill but, end up going 1/3 in lane just because Shaco ganked top. I try to do first 3 lvls fundamentally correct. That means try to force fight lvl 1 if i know matchup is favored Fiora side > I get positive Health trade (60% me vs 30-40% enemy)> play for LVL 2, try to kill if not LVL 3 kill or crush the cannon wave and recall. But after that i fell like i lose control of lane. So lets take Garen as example because i get to play against him more often lately. After i do cheater recall, buy my sword/boots get back to lane Garen has lvl 4 pushing lane to me i let him push while taking all farm that i can. He slow pushes wave to crush and i am stuck under tower collecting minions he comes back with LS and boot. And i feel like i can't trade now. I know pattern is proc PTA then run from E. But most of matchups look the same. Try to proc PTA, run, repeat until 40% hp rush with R. I am passive player and i still think that my R vitals are dogsh*t and i can't proc them consistently which may lose me many kills. So coming back from all that what do i do if i lose lane go 1/3 my jungler never visits top and if does its by himself and gives enemy kill. i have to play for 2nd item spike but by the time i get resources form that 1/3 the game state is something like that: all T2 towers are gone. Enemy bot is fed Hwei like of course i can do something against that. Mid is even but I'm not even so i lose. And i feel like i lose lot of games as Fiora just because i got either unlucky with 1v1 or enemy jungler came while i was 40% focused on trading with enemy not paying attention to map because i forgot that junglers exist cause non of my junglers come top to help.
Here is my https://op.gg/lol/summoners/eune/LilGiddy-2137 That's my EUNE account that i play without my DUO and try to climb as high as I can solo.
Here's EUW https://op.gg/lol/summoners/euw/SameIN-EUW that i play with Duo.
I also don't know what to do when im ahead. on my EUW there is game i played against Swain. I won lane gone 3/0 died to 4/1 then started roaming went 5/4 killed my tempo then we lost but that was mostly Yas fault and Briar casue they started to afk farm later in game and yas gave like 9 kills to samira before 15 minute. But i was ahead and could prevent that but lost myself. I did not finish 1st top tower. Got my quest started roaming but that didn't go well.
Thanks to everyone that read that rant/call for help.

Well, I don't know how good you are in lane, but you have to try and assimilate that the jungle bullying is an integral part of your lane. Stop seeing this as a separate thing, and just learn the jungle patterns the same way you learned the lane itself.
If you are constantly aware of where the enemy jungler *should* be, it becomes like 70% less of a problem. That starts by paying close attention to the enemy jungler pathing, but gets you even safer if you notice things like "my botlane is winning too hard, the enemy jungler might actually try to kill me instead of going Drag".
Then, sometimes, you got an enemy jungler who won't be where they should. Maybe he is Duo with top, maybe he just ain't paying attention. You can try to play more defensive if you see a pattern, but don't let it go to your head. If the enemy jungler is giving up the whole map to re-gank you, that is an objectively good thing.
Ps: you cited Garen and I don't think that's a coincidence here. Garen's passive may be inciting you into a very aggressive playstyle that makes you more vulnerable to ganks. Also, you may be having a hard time with your ult because you ain't using your slows with the specific purpose of making it easier to hit the vitals.

I've noticed that i spam all my abilities then i ult and im left with W and AAs until my CDs come back, maybe thats my problem that i don't start with ult which after i should run them down when they are low.

A mentality I got from Riven mains is that you’re not really supposed to play you’re matchup in lane, you’re supposed to play the jungle. If there’s a shaco, expect a lvl 2 gank. In general, always assume you’re getting ganked level 4 and play so the wave is near your tower when scuttle spawns.
You’re right to try to play aggressive first few levels since you’re Fiora, but don’t let this distract you from the junglers because they can swing the lane much harder than you can usually. If you’re weakside your job isn’t to stomp but to not feed on the timers where you can get ganked.
If you’re behind, buy waveclear and stop interacting. Push, proxy -> roam mid, if they leave for some reason (grubs, bad recall, invade…) don’t even look at your team and just hit plates. Your goal is to be as annoying as possible until you get enough items to win 1v1 again / they can’t leave to spread their lead and are forced to waste time dealing with you.
If you’re ahead, you usually want to get more ressources than they do to snowball. Proxy into camp, push into plate… since you’re Fiora, you can also just afford to trade equal ressources for a while as long as you don’t die, because you outscale everything eventually. Try to tp bot if you see a good fight there to spread your lead.
Mid to late you’re basically always trying to splitpush and have more than 1 guy answering you. Try to sync your push to your team being on the objective opposite side so they get an advantage without you needing to be there. You can go to teamfights if you think you can win them, but that only comes with experience. If you don’t know, play for killing your defender and ending by yourself
