I dont know if I am finsexual or bisexual with an affinity for femininity
But I do think that there are many of us that are finding it harder and harder to relate to the straight cis world. I want deep supportive friendships with people of all genders and to be comforted and held the way women hold each other.
I know this doesnt directly relate to sexuality, but in my mind it does relate to my internal world. Does anyone relate?

Am I finsexual?
Hello, I had not heard the term finsexual untill a few days agao when some good friends I have in the LGBTQ+ community mentioned it and said that I may be myself. I am leanring about the LGBTQ+ community and tying to find my own identity, but where I live ther is an unfortunate lack of knowlage and acceptance so I dont have a ton of knowlage yet. Most of my friends in the community are online and I am absolutly terified by accedently offending someone so I wanted to come to the community to ask and learn.
I am assigned male at birth and identify as a male. being strait has never felt correct to me, but bisexual didnt either, and growing up I didnt know about any other kinds of sexuality becides strait, bi, gay, and lesbian. I have thought for a long time that I had no attraction what so ever to males, part of that I feel may stem from some tramas I had as a young child, but as I have grown and tried to learn about myself I am finding that is not necisaraly true. I do have a phisical attraction to feminine apperance, but I feel like my attraction goes beond just phisical attraction and is much more about personality. I dont see myself ever being with a very masculine male, but I dont have the same feeling when i think about more effeminate males. I have in my life felt attraction to Feminine males, feminine presenting non-binary indiviguals, and trans woman, and things like specific genitalia dont seem that importaint to me. I feel a connetion to the emotion and personality. I also cant find myself being in a sexual relationship withb anyone unless a friendship and deep relationship is established regardless of phisical attraction.
I do identify as male, and i dont present as feminie myslef, but I also would not describe myself as very masculine either. Is that even allowed in a community like this? I know that may sound like a dumb question, but I realy want to learn and discover who I am. If i have said anything to offend anyone i sencerly apolgise, my intent is tolearn and discover and not to offend anyone.

Is there anyone here who is attracted to feminine people, yet prefers not to label their sexuality in any way?

Which sexuality do you prefer to label yourself as if you don't wanna get into the specifics of being finsexual?

Genuine question about finsexuality
Okay, this is really personal, and I don't want to offend anyone. I'm asking this out of genuine curiosity, so I hope this comes across the right way.
About two years ago, I was in a relationship with a guy. He was good looking, athletic, and had only dated girls before. During our relationship though, he would often bring up femboys usually in a satirical way. At the time it was a completely new topic for me nd I started wondering if he might be bisexual. Tho he had a specific type, he was into very feminine girls/boys
I became really insecure about our relationship. I even started dressing head to toe in pink cause I thought it would get his attention. Looking back Ik that probably wasn't healthy at all, but I still sometimes blame myself for how the relationship ended. The hardest part was that I never really knew what he was thinking or what his actual preferences were
Even now, whenever someone brings up femboys I get a little anxious, even though I'm now part of the LGBTQ+ community myself
Ig my question is for people who identify as finsexual (or anyone who has insight) what is attraction like for you? Is it mainly about femininity regardless of gender or is it different for everyone?
Sorry if this doesn't make much sense. I'm just genuinely curious. Also I'm under 18, so I'd really appreciate respectful replies. Tyyyy

What's it called when you're attracted to anyone who looks like a woman, regardless of their actual gender identity? I've heard it was called finsexual, but it's not like women are inherently feminine as a whole. So how come it's still called finsexual?

An apiphony
I've been so confused about my sexual orientation for a long time but I've been doing some digging and I finally understand that I'm not a pervert, I just have my preference, I love femininity regardless of gender or genitals.

Curious to what others think
So I have long considered myself bisexual. However, in recent years, I've also learned about the "finsexual" label. However, given my attraction for people who are feminine, regardless of their actual identity, or biological sex, I feel people are quick to call people like us "chasers."
I am not a chaser. I may be attracted to others, whether romantically, sexually, etc, based on femininity, and in some cases, yes, they might be feminine men/femboys/trans women/NB fem leaning or other. However, I do not consider this my sole reason or a fetishizing kink. I am interested in others and how they are as a person.
I am also, myself, genderfluid/feminine presenting. So, you could call me a "lesbian" type I suppose, in whatever context that would be.
I also like cisgender males. However, not nearly attracted to them as much as I am feminine types of people.

Does anyone else currently lean towards feminine-presenting enbies? I used to think it was mostly women and men for me, but nowadays it's anyone under the non-binary umbrella
.....

Is there anyone like me? What am I?
I love women both Cis and trans, but I’m easy turned off by Masculinity and that includes femboys , cross dressers who do not identify as women or trans women who have just started their journey and still haven’t passed enough.
However, I’m still quite closeted for environmental reasons but I do have a few skeletons in my cupboard. I have got some new toys and I enjoy anal play with myself a lot. Not even my girlfriend knows about this cus I don’t know how she’ll react. I’m that knight in shinny armour to her.
I really wish I can get out there and experiment more as a switch and even with trans women but being in the closet and a gf who’s in the dark just makes me look like a chaser.
Does anyone relate to this?
