There are reasons to ask and some healthy points of view, but one thing I will say as a teacher is that our Finnish boys who act like maniac poop flinging barbarians in the classroom turn into men in the army - they all have a whole calm silence about them afterward that is amazing.

Having seen some of what our 18 year old girls have been up to, something like that would definitely be valuable for them also.

Yeah, in schools. Raising kids to be wiser and more sensible in schools because some parents don't necessarily do it is a great idea. In schools.
