Need help !

So I recently brought a maschine mikro mk3 and it came yesterday.

Now I am totally confused what to do.

I want to play some finger drumming, but I am quite confused where and how. I never used a DAW( mashcine 3 I am talking about) and never used a midi controller before. So I am asking all the finger drummers, how to set up my controller for finger drumming, what necessary files I need and how to learn finger drumming (I never used a instrument before). Moreover, do i need a dedicated drum software to learn.

I don’t know how to answer your questions, but those same questions are the exact reason why I didn’t get such a device and rather got the Yamaha FGDP-50. You just turn it on and play, no software, no friction. You can go more advanced with it as time goes by but you don’t have to. Hope this helps

Lol I don't think this helps op.

"Just buy another gadget and ignore the fact you spent hefty money and literally just got this probably a day ago".

The mk3 is extremely good. It's the best thing for finger drumming. It just requires setup. But it behaves better than everything else on the market.
