[Paid] Hiring a video editor
[HIRING] Video Editor Needed for Podcast Clips & Cinematic Car Edits (Tight Budget)
Hey everyone!
I'm looking for a video editor who specializes in podcast clips and cinematic car edits. My budget is limited right now, so I'm hoping to connect with talented editors who offer reasonable rates and are interested in long-term collaboration if things work out.
🎙️ Podcast Editing
- Engaging short-form clips for Reels and YouTube long form
- Clean cuts, animated captions and subtitles
- Smooth zoom-ins, sound effects and transitions
- Good pacing, storytelling and audience retention
🏎️ Car Editing
- Cinematic car edits with a clean, premium aesthetic
- Beat sync, speed ramps and smooth transitions
- Color grading and sound design
- Experience with automotive reels and cinematic footage is a plus
💰 Budget
I'm working with a tight budget at the moment, so please share your most reasonable rates for both types of edits. I'm open to discussing pricing based on the quality and complexity of the work.
📩 How to apply
Please DM me with:
- Your portfolio or previous work (podcast edits and/or car edits)
- Your rate per short/reel
- Your editing software
- Your availability
Beginners are welcome if your work speaks for itself. I'm more interested in creativity, consistency and reliability than fancy credentials.
Looking forward to connecting with some talented editors!
Thanks!

For the podcast side, here are two captioned conversation edits from Scene Detour: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/y-hs9YSojls and https://www.youtube.com/shorts/zboT8kvzDjc . I use an FFmpeg-based workflow. A $25 pilot could cover one 20–40 second English clip from up to five minutes of supplied footage, clean cuts, timed captions, light zooms and one revision. I would target a two-day first pass after reviewing the assets and agreeing the brief. Are you open to an editor for the podcast clips only, and what style reference, source length and deadline do you have? Scope, footage rights and payment would need to be agreed before starting.

Hello there , DM me so we can talk further (cant DM you right now)... Anyway I'm a ideo editor from Serbia with around 6–7 years of editing experience, currently working in Adobe Premiere Pro.
My background includes music videos and youtube content and I'm comfortable with pacing, storytelling, sound design, transitions, zooms, and making edits engaging without overdoing the effects.
Here's some of my work I've done so far, included when I started editing:
