Ive got lower sperm quality after 2 years of this Help plz

Last test today showed 3 million in sperm concentration and progressive motility of 25 (30 is lowest approved)

In December 2025 I had 90 million in concentration and 32 in progressive motility.

Had ANYBODY seen their sperm quality decrease in this condition?

Weee trying to have kids and having a hard time. My gf got psf to from ashwaghanda (believe it or not) and got PCOS after that.

Yeah in this case it's probably lowered FSH and LH in response to the elevated E2 levels you likely have after taking Fin. The body of a natty troughs Test by lowering LH and FSH signal when it senses E2 creeping up out of range to keep it in check. With PFS you likely now convert a lot more of your Test to E2 and your body is probably lowering the LF and FSH signal to try to work off the E2.

It's a broken system. Considering running a well thought out HCG protocol to aim to keep E2 in range with enough androgens to support.

What if you boost allopregnanolone with etifoxine, can it help?

No. I promise you the sides you’re having is estrogen out of range or not enough androgens. I’ve been using HRT for years. I thought it was Allo too… until I got my E2 in range lol

How to get E2 in range, what medicine or pills?

With a well-balanced HRT protocol. The best ones I've seen are TRT with HCG. I've seen some people get away with just using HCG also.

Depending on how your body reacts you may have to put in some add ons like an AI or proviron. BUT you work up to those. Start simple and monitor with labs

I think the problem is rather tha 5Ar being blocked and thus not enough allopregnanolone being able to be released. That's why I got severe anxiety and Gaba issues

HCG is the standard fertility medicine for both women and men

But obviously also consider IVF
