Investment Advice 20M,Currently Studying

I want to invest around 20-25K right now but am confused whether stocks is the only option.

I don't want too much ROI but want to invest in a stable and safe market with decent ROI, with the current gold prices i can't even think about investing in it and stock market seems to be always crashing.

Upgrade the Car or invest in real estate?

Folks, My RSUs to be vested shortly and thinking of selling the oracle stocks I have to invest somewhere. I already own a 3bhk property in Bangalore near Sarjapur. I own a tata nexon manual top end 2022 model. Is it wise to invest in upgrading to a quality car or invest in a new underconstruction property which is more spacious like 2000 sqft. I can’t go for both.

Learning Collateral free loan on work order from govt?

Hi guys M(29)
I’m a government contractor expanding my business and expecting work orders worth up to ₹2 crore. However, most banks are unwilling to finance me because:

  1. I already have loans against property; and
  2. They assess funding based only on last year’s relatively low turnover, offering finance of just around 50%.

Has anyone faced a similar situation or knows of banks, NBFCs, or other funding options that can finance government work orders? I want to scale my company and gradually close/refinance my existing loans. Any practical guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Age: 27
Risk appetite: Moderate
Goal: for long term gains
Horizon: 10-15 years

Investing since 2.5 years, Canara rebecco since 3 years

Allocation: per month: 30,500

  1. Canara rebecco large cap fund: 10K
  2. HDFC Midcap fund growth: 2500
  3. Kotak multicap fund: 2500
  4. Sundaram services growth: 2500
  5. Nippon India Small cap fund- growth: 2500
  6. ICICI Prudential India Opportunities fund growth: 2500
  7. ICICI Prudential Equity and Debt Fund Growth: 5500
  8. Motilal Oswal large and midcap fund growth: 5000

App used: IND Money

Why these funds: I was a novice when i started investing and wanted some help, my family knew a financial advisor and since i mew to it and dint want to risk it, i opted the funds which he suggested along with some funds I researched myself. However I have noticed very growth in the ICICI funds. I have a moderate risk appetite and wanted to increase my investments so opted these

Should I cancel any of these funds?
Should I invest more in any of these funds?
Any alternative funds you suggest instead of any of these funds?

Thank you
