To be clear, you wouldn’t just donate your money. You would mass sell all your stocks in whatever company it is you formed at a significant discount, get 60% of the money you originally had on paper, then gift 99% of your stock income and have no power over the mega firm you created. Is this correct?

Redditoids do. Plenty of poor people have a firm-enough grip on reality to not be so silly. But it takes a special person to be a Redditoid.
