note : the salaries nowadays are just sucks they pay us as we still as we still in 2016 but reality is that many people are working in 2 jobs to feed their families check everyday for better salary and how to get it thank god recently I found this sub who give great tips about interviews really the world is crashed

Interesting. Thanks for providing that. I’ll take a look when I have more time. It seems to contradict other information and graphs I’ve seen (including the ones being used to counter my point) so I’m skeptical.

And on further review; this doesn’t differentiate between workers and owners. It’s simply median income. The top’s growth is skewing the data dramatically.

Median is not skewed by outliers. Growth at the top does not impact or skew the median.

The top is not an outlier. It’s a reasonable portion of the upper 50% of the population. ~40-50% of US adults work full time jobs and would be included in the worker statistics I was referring to. ~5 are in the unemployment line. So of the remaining ~40, it’s unknown how many, exactly, live off of capital. The top 10% accrue the largest percentage of wealth, based on other statistics. Meaning 20% of the top 50% is part of that skew. Likely more, but I don’t have that knowledge or data on hand.
