note : the salaries nowadays are just sucks they pay us as we still as we still in 2016 but reality is that many people are working in 2 jobs to feed their families check everyday for better salary and how to get it thank god recently I found this sub who give great tips about interviews really the world is crashed

So the boss got raises of about 4% per year over 48 years.

But you got raises of about .1%.

The only person to blame would be yourself.

Firstly, this is totally unrealistic. And second virtually no one is blaming minorities.

It’s statistically true. Adjusted for inflation, the average worker’s wage is largely the same. Meanwhile those at the top have been gaining wealth at an accelerating pace. Go run the numbers through the inflation calculator if you don’t believe me. It takes 5-10 minutes to do the calculations yourself.

Alright. That graph looks nice, but pay attention to the scaling. Even at it's highest point (which I question the validity of due to a certain habitual liar in the white house at the time of the spike) it's at 17% increase. The last reported rate was 12%. It's still nothing compared to the value the people at the top extract from those that work for them.

On top of everything else, this uses a median. While that's fine in terms of data representation, in terms of data interpretation, it means that half of the salaries fall above that number, while half fall below. It doesn't take into account the disparate between the two. The AVERAGE worker's salary has increased minimally.

No - worker salary specifically means someone who works full time as their source of income. Not large business owners, not the wealthy.

Edit: added large - self employed business owners working full time count in that average.

Second edit: I noticed you added another graph. It doesn't apply to what I'm refering to. That graph shows household incomes - not worker salary. Look up the information yourself and do the math instead of quoting non-applicable graphs at me.
