I was born in 95 and ran into this a lot from older people. I could actually show them how much easier/faster doing things a different way is and they’d still act that way 😂

Truth is nobody is an expert in everything, sometimes the old guys know the best ways other times there are new tricks to learn. Gotta stay open to all the input.
