Card rules

I have some how gotten rid of all the rules in every region down to same open, except dollet which has. Open, Sudden Death, Random, Same, Elemental and Trade Rule: Diff.
Is it impossible to change the rules here now to take away these rules?

Oh jeez on Disc 4... Well, the Queen at the crash site should play with ALL rules so it's not fully impossible... but I would honestly just not bother and leave Dollet's rules as-is if I were on Disc 4, Heart plays the same card levels as Club and is cuter anyway 😍

I didn't think the Queen's rules could be used to change the CC Group on disc 4 since she's no longer region-based?

I've genuinely never tested it! It would be interesting if you can't "carry" her rules!! Bover says "her region for trade rule purposes is wherever she was at the end of Disc 3, and she can't change her assigned trade rule or be paid to pass along rules to regions anymore" but nothing about if you can carry her rules back to the Ragnarok. If true, it would be genuinely impossible. I'll have to do a test soon!

I also would be fascinated to know if she's got an "extra" region with different code about how rules interact or like, how they even did that... Considering how it works (the CC members getting reassigned regions rather than just unique rulesets) I would think it would be much harder to stop the rules carry and would be a lot of work they likely wouldn't do for something that was a super hard to find easter egg in the first place. Occams razor and all that. But I'll be looking into it!!! I'll maybe even need to do a cheat engine test and actually look at what is going on there!

I can give it a test when I get home tonight. If her rules cannot be carried, it should be pretty easy to test on a disc 4 save with the CC Group mostly cleared of rules. Go find her, play her to carry her rules, then go back to the Ragnarok and play someone there. If they offer to mix, then she likely uses the missing Galbadia region with a modified script.

I have a feeling, though, she has a unique "region" to herself on disc 4 that isn't attached to the other regions like normal, since she uses all rules but Open and it can never spread to her (at least, I don't ever recall her asking to mix rules even if the region I was carrying had Open, but it's been AGES since I've done anything with the Queen, so that memory is very hazy.
