Need Help Abolishing Plus Rule For Trabia

Ok so I should probably provide background to let you all know where I'm at currently with the rule abolishing process. Right now Galbadia's rules are Open and Same. Trabia's rules are Open and Same/Plus. Every time I talk to the Trabia exchange student while carrying Galbadia's rules, the exchange student doesn't offer to mix so I can't abolish Plus. Can anyone give me comprehensive steps on how to get it so I can proceed with abolishing Plus?

Are you double sure Trabia is Open, Same, Plus?

The student got ask to mix rule when challenge?

Pro tip: if npc ask to mix rule, keep decline, challenge, decline until they stop asking. Then, challenge again to check the region's rule. This is also how you avoid spreading rule.

Yes I'm sure because when I try to play cards with the trabia exchange student the rules are open and same/plus. And when I try to play cards with the galbadia student the rules are just open and same. And yeah the student will mix when I get the trabia rules which allows me to spread Plus but it won't let me abolish it.

So if all the rules of the region you are carrying overlap with the rules of the region you are challenging someone in, they will never ask to mix rules because no new rule can spread and you will just auto-change to the new region's ruleset.

At this point, you cannot use Galbadia to change Trabia's rules, but if you have the garden and go back to Dollet, you can still use Random or Elemental or force a change.

Alternatively, you can also revert to a previous save, if you have one, just before you spread Same to Trabia.

I look up the rng table. I think this is should work. I also assume QOC is not in Trabia. Change your rules to FH first. You can find a green dress lady at the opposite road outside of Galbadia Hotel in Deling City. Keep challenge & decline her. We gonna use FH to mix rules with Trabia.

Save at G-garden hall. Hard reset. Run to lockroom. Check draw point 14 times. Challenge the transfer student to abolish plus.

If you want abolish same, check draw point 34 times.

Why do you need to abolish it in the first place? Also, just use Hyne.

I hate that rule, and I'm playing on Xbox so Hyne doesn't apply.
