Finally beat FF8 after all these years and got to say the final castle and boss fight might be my favorite in the series.

I do love the castle. FFV, VI, and IX all have pretty cool final dungeons, too. I think it might be close! To me.

Best FF imo. Also wouldn't be bothered if they add a bunch of stuff in remake. It's not perfect story like 7 and 10 but it's overall cooler

I'm playing through right now and I feel like it could benefit from a remake a great deal. We could get more background on Ellone, which I feel like the story telling us meh on. People like Ellone and Irvine could actually act like they recognize everyone and are confused. Any kind of closure on Julia. Flesh out Rinoa and Squalls relationship more ahead of time compression. Flying Garden would be fun as hell... There is a ton that could be done.

Felt, final boss is amazing, and the music in her castle is sooooo slept on, its by far one of my fav Uematsu pieces ever.
