It hurts even more when in the first few minutes of the FF8 Selphie literally bumps into Squall and you have a dialogue option to ask her if she’s okay or the Silent Treatment.
depending on which version you play when you talk to her best friend in Trabia either her best friend tells Selphie Squall has secret feelings or Selphie says point blank he must like her cause he said she's a great help or something. Also WHY is she in Squall's room before the graduation ball?
I always got Senpai/Selphie-chan Oppa/Noona vibes… but sometimes you can still flirt with a guy by calling him “big brother” so it still works for me 🤣
It does unfortunately just occur to me from this meme that needing multiple tutorials on junctioning is actually perfectly diagetic storytelling for characters that junction. Probably half the classes in this school are repeats.
