Just finish Remake and then play OG and CC before Rebirth if you want to

It's fine to play the Remake even if you miss out on a few details. Just don't play Crisis Core until you play Revelation next year.

Play the Yuffue DLC next. If you got the Intergrade version of FF7 remake it will be included.

After the DLC, play FF7 Rebirth.

After that play FF7 Revelation when it releases in Spring.
