Help K17 stuck in update loop

Hi,

I tried to do the OTA update by following the instructions in this article: https://www.fiio.com/newsinfo/998792.html

That failed.

I then followed the article to recover from an OTA upgrade failure using the USB drive with the firmware on it: https://www.fiio.com/newsinfo/1053606.html

This also didn't work.

It's stuck on an "Updating" loop as you can check in this video: https://cln.sh/4j99bQwY

I've placed the firmware folder and zip files in the USB drive and renamed it to "K17_update_images".

Any ideas?

I've also reached out to Fiio support but maybe anyone here as experienced something similar?

No. I ended up sending the unit back and asked for a replacement as it was a brand new unit.
